The press knives are produced from cold forged and heat treated, one or two bladed steel strips which are easy to shape and have very hard cutting edges, thus making them ideal for cutting through one or more layers. The Deszán Ltd. can provide the clicking press knife steel in several heights (19, 25, 32 mm), and thicknesses (1.5 - 2 - 2.5 - 3 mm) as well as in several profiles, or even with serrated edges.

The Deszán Ltd. has a computerized background and programs (PROCAM™, FDS, SHOEMASTER, AUTOCAD) and applied CAD technology for press knife planning.
The Deszán Ltd. has two plotter cutters, MUCAD TA-10ROA and a ZÜND M1200 for the template cutting.
File formats, sizes
The template cutting table (plotter) is controlled by 2D Utilites software, which can accept CUT, DXF, SEMI file formats.
The ZÜND M1200 flatbed cutter (plotter) has a 1200 x 1200 mm, and the MUCAD TA-10 ROA flatbed cutter (plotter) has a 1100 x 1100 mm cutting area.
Materials, precision:
Based on your requirements we can cut several paper types. Cutting is done by knife up to 0.4 mm thickness, and by oscillating knife up to 0.8 mm thickness.
The use of oscillating knifes makes it possible to cut 0.4 mm aluminum core paper, which is used when cutting automotive templates due to its excellent ability to maintain its size.
The precision of the flatbed cutter is 0.01 mm.
Labeling:
After cutting, we label the templates, which can contain any kind of information, model number, model name, size.
In addition to labeling we can also draw lines, zone borders for example.
